To redeem a vehicle from Impound:
To redeem the impounded vehicle, the registered owner will need to present the following:
- Proof of Ownership (**Current Title, or Current Registration. Any tag agent can help you with this for a nominal fee. An insurance verification is not acceptable as Proof of Ownership**)
- Valid Government Issued Photo Identification that matches the name on the ownership document.
- Proof Insurance and valid insurance verification.
- If your tag is expired, you must bring current registration and tag (sticker)
- If the vehicle was impounded by local police, you will need to obtain a release from that police department before claiming your car or any contents.
- Bring payment for all monies due in cash.

Getting your vehicle out of Impound
Your vehicle will begin to accrue storage charges as soon as it arrives at our impound facility. The cost to claim your impounded car will increase with each day that it is in our custody.
Also, please note that if you wish to redeem your vehicle outside of normal business hours an After Hours Release Fee will apply Normal business hours are M-F, 8am - 5pm.
